A memory seen through distance and time

" That evening felt unusual. The sky was dark, yet a soft light spread across everything, making it hard to tell whether it was dark or light.
The memory of that day stayed with me. Whether intentionally or not, this work slowly brought me back there again, a silence beyond time. Piece by piece, I experimented with printmaking, adjusting the process and scale until it came as close as possible to that feeling. Looking, returning, and staying with that atmosphere over and over again, something slowly began to loosen, as if I were finally walking away from it."
